Stairclimber UK offers a service centre facility to suit all its customers needs.
We now have our own parts centre based in Coleshill near the NEC which puts us right on the central motorway network. We carry a full and comprehensive stock of all related parts to ensure you are given the best response time possible. All our parts are sent out on a 24 hour service which is tracked and fully insured. If you are not sure what you need then just give us a call and we will be happy to put you through to one of our engineers for assistance.

Stairclimber UK will write to you annually to advise you that your machine is due for its annual inspection / service. This is to comply with our operating and maintenance instructions and (P.U.W.E.R) The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1992 and hence your insurance obligations.
On completion of any works we will issue an annual inspection / service report for you to keep as a record of ongoing maintenance for your health and safety records. If you already have a service provider then just let us know and we will take you off the system. For more detail ring the nearest service centre to you and they will be happy to advise on any questions you might have.
If you have more than three machines then we offer a bespoke package to manage the upkeep of your machines and all records. Please contact us direct for more information.
Our service centre carry out annual service and repairs to all of its products as well as offering an on site service should it be required (subject to terms and conditions). Our first service option is a 6-month visual inspection, which should take approx half an hour if there are no parts to be replaced or repaired. Our second service option is the 12-month overhaul, which should take about an hour and includes a new V belt, product tensioning, lubrication and testing. Any defects found upon inspection or overhaul will be put on to a report for your records. Should work be required over and above inspection and service then you will be given a cost up front for you to sanction. Once you have agreed to the works we will carry out the repair or replace free of charge during the warranty period unless it is deemed as wear and tear. After warranty period our standard rates would apply.

If you require an engineer on site for work other than inspection or overhaul then we would do our best to assist you as quick as we could, a separate quote would apply. Please see rates above for your information. We also offer a pick up and return solution for work to be carried out on your stairclimber units at a cost of £40 each way via our nominated courier service, which are tracked and fully insured. We also have our own fleet of vehicles to assist us.
